I have been working with Ashley Dworsky and his staff on what has been an extremely complex and sensitive immigration case.
Prior to working with Ashley, I had used the services of another immigration attorney who due to various work ethos or lack thereof caused the US Consulate in Johannesburg South Africa to confiscate and void both my wife’s and my “green cards.”
Ashley took on our case and after reaching out and arguing our case to US Consulate in South Africa, The Department of State in Washington D.C and the Department of Homeland security, The US Consulate in South Africa eventually issued an apology and agreed to reissue our “Green Cards”.
By the time our “green cards” were issued, our eldest child had missed the age deadline to automatically obtain a green card under our status and he was denied entry into the United States. Again, Ashley’s ability was put to the test, this time on a much more complicated technicality and again through the necessary sources and resources, managed to persuade the Department of State to issue a humanitarian Parole visa so that my son, could enter the United States (Humanitarian Parole) into the United States. Should Ashley not have been able to secure the humanitarian Parole, we would not have been able to leave South Africa.
We have just been notified of my son’s green card interview, which hopefully will complete are permanent residence application and will then lead Ashley into processing our UScitizen application for our family.
It has often been joked by my family and friends that Ashley Dworsky and his law firm is the only attorney and practice to secure acknowledgement from the highest of departments within the US immigration system that a significant error was made.
Throughout my case, Ashley has dealt with me from a distance of 8500 miles away from him in a different continent, to several states away from him with me now being in Arizona. Never has a time change, process, feedback or communication ever been an issue and my family and I have only been treated as if we were sitting in his office and having a face to face meeting. When I did travel to Chicago for business reasons and to meet Ashley in person, his hospitality to my family and I was never ending.
Due to the integrity and professionalism that Ashley offers, I have recommended him to other cases all of which have had their own forms of complications and like mine Ashley managed to get their visa appucatrons approved.
The immigration system has changed dramatically since we started our process and no-doubt is getting tougher with new criteria stipulated almost daily. Ashley is and has always been fully abreast of all new changes, guidelines and criteria and it is because of these reasons, combined with the level of dedication, service, integrity and professionalism that I will only continue to work with Ashley and his team and will continue to recommend his services and ability to anyone looking to either apply for status in the US or to intervene and assist them with complicated issues where their own attorneys have not been in a position to assist them.
