Two years ago, in the midst of an immigration dilemma my future in the country hung in the balance. I was in search of an attorney that could respond to a request for further evidence from USCIS. I was introduced to Ashley. For the first time in many years, I immediately had the confidence and peace of mind that I was in the right hands. Ashley’s incredible legal acumen, compassion, insight and practical solutions for any issue are invaluable. He is truly a great immigration attorney and I’m thrilled he is on my team.
Mr. Ashley Dworsky did a wonderful job in assisting us with our immigration and green card process.
Originally we had gone to another lawyer who had complicated the process and even created trouble. Mr. Dworsky worked with us to solve all problems. He had a deep understanding of immigration law, was highly strategic and considered all risks and possibilities. He coached us throughout the whole process and as result we got our green card really in record time. It should also be mentioned that Mr. Dworsky was kind and supportive throughout the process and is really an exceptional person. We will always be grateful to Mr Dworsky and would be happy to recommend Mr. Dworsky to anybody looking for an immigration lawyer.
To Ashley and team,
Our most grateful thanks to you and your team for all that you have done to make our application for permanent residence a reality and making the process fearless and seamless.
From keeping us informed at all times, to the most helpful briefing the day before the interview, really put our minds at rest in preparing us from “the unknown, to what can be expected”! We found this preparation session to be essential, especially in the way that you executed the presentation.
The many phone calls that you helped answer our questions and concerns, we really appreciate all of you going the extra mile.
In hindsight, we are so pleased that we did not attempt to file privately, and would certainly recommend your services to anyone.
The Dworsky Law firm was recommended to me when I was looking to adjust my parents status. Ashley and his team showed extreme professionalism, experience and set realistic expectations throughout the process. Many items impressed me during the experience. A few that stand out specifically were – 1) Ashley being available to me for multiple lengthy discussions to explain our options and the process – prior to ever choosing to become a client or handing over any fees. 2) Preparing my parents for the interview from a perspective to remove the expected anxiety and nervousness. He helped to prepare for everything from when you walk in the door and what you will see and what to expect. What the interview was going to be like and potential outcomes and next steps. 3) Soraya driving to my house at night to ensure I had all the documents for our interview.
I am a professional pilot, and have been a client of the Dworsky Law firm from October 2016 until June 2018. I have moved from the UK to the USA since June 2017, and the Dworsky Law firm has been the key to my successful immigration here in the USA. The entire staff there have been helpful, professional and extremely effective in helping me and my family navigate the complex and specialist field of work visas (O-1), parole documentation (I-512) , and finally the EB-1 Green Card. We must have asked over a hundred questions throughout the process, and have always had swift, complete replies. The staff have always been readily available, either by phone or email, whenever we have needed them. The high quality of Ashley and the teams’ work has made our immigration process as easy as it could possibly have been from our perspective, and the award of a green card in such an early timeframe is a testimony to their professionalism.. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone who needs help with works visas or immigration matters.
A trusted associate recommended The Dworsky Law firm for help with my aspiration to work in the USA in December 2016, and I am glad that he did. From the very start, Ashley demonstrated the vision to see what was possible, coupled with the professional knowledge and tenacity to ensure a successful outcome. Ashley’s consulate knowledge of the possible options enabled him to recommend an O1A visa, which I was awarded in March 2017, Throughout the process, the team were extremely helpful, prompt with communication, and displayed an incredible talent for assimilating the detail. I will have no hesitation in seeking the services of these professionals again.
Ashley was recommended to me by a co-worker who was here in the states on a work visa from Poland. I’m glad I took her advice. Ashley has been amazing and him and his legal team have been a tremendous help helping me to get my fiancé from Mexico a visa for her (K-1) and her two children. He explained the process in full detail and his team has been very responsive to answer any questions or updates from me relating to my case. The visa process has went far more smoother than I thought it would so I couldn’t think of any other legal team who could’ve have done a more amazing job. My family will always be grateful for Ashley and I will always recommend The Dworsky Law Firm to anyone that needs expertise service. God bless.
Dear Mr. Dworsky:
Golars is submitting this letter to thank you for your immigration services provided to our company. We appreciate your diligence and careful research in the entire process. I want to personally thank you for assisting our company to stay on track and on target to meet our immigration needs.
You come well referenced from an old friend and you deserve appreciation for your outstanding service to our company.
We started our company and within four months, we requested your help in applying for a H1B visa. You knew it was a very hard task but indicated you would put best efforts in obtaining the visa. Within record time we received the H1B visa approval, which would not have been possible without your help. Your meticulous attention to details, prompt, considerate and thorough services have made this possible. We couldn’t have asked for better, all your hard work paid off.
We requested your help in applying for a green card for one of our employees and without hesitation you agreed to proceed with the case. From day one, you have been very efficient. Your organization of documents, communication, planning and scheduling were thoroughly planned and executed. Your firm never wasted time in between each stage of the green card process. The process went very smoothly and in a record time we received a green card. It was an extraordinary accomplishment.
One again, I would like to thank you for helping us at this critical time to meet our employment needs. I am sure there are hundreds of people who would like to join me in saying “thank you” for a terrific job. We are very fortunate to have you on our side.
Thanks again for your excellent service.
I have been working with Ashley Dworsky and his staff on what has been an extremely complex and sensitive immigration case.
Prior to working with Ashley, I had used the services of another immigration attorney who due to various work ethos or lack thereof caused the US Consulate in Johannesburg South Africa to confiscate and void both my wife’s and my “green cards.”
Ashley took on our case and after reaching out and arguing our case to US Consulate in South Africa, The Department of State in Washington D.C and the Department of Homeland security, The US Consulate in South Africa eventually issued an apology and agreed to reissue our “Green Cards”.
By the time our “green cards” were issued, our eldest child had missed the age deadline to automatically obtain a green card under our status and he was denied entry into the United States. Again, Ashley’s ability was put to the test, this time on a much more complicated technicality and again through the necessary sources and resources, managed to persuade the Department of State to issue a humanitarian Parole visa so that my son, could enter the United States (Humanitarian Parole) into the United States. Should Ashley not have been able to secure the humanitarian Parole, we would not have been able to leave South Africa.
We have just been notified of my son’s green card interview, which hopefully will complete are permanent residence application and will then lead Ashley into processing our UScitizen application for our family.
It has often been joked by my family and friends that Ashley Dworsky and his law firm is the only attorney and practice to secure acknowledgement from the highest of departments within the US immigration system that a significant error was made.
Throughout my case, Ashley has dealt with me from a distance of 8500 miles away from him in a different continent, to several states away from him with me now being in Arizona. Never has a time change, process, feedback or communication ever been an issue and my family and I have only been treated as if we were sitting in his office and having a face to face meeting. When I did travel to Chicago for business reasons and to meet Ashley in person, his hospitality to my family and I was never ending.
Due to the integrity and professionalism that Ashley offers, I have recommended him to other cases all of which have had their own forms of complications and like mine Ashley managed to get their visa appucatrons approved.
The immigration system has changed dramatically since we started our process and no-doubt is getting tougher with new criteria stipulated almost daily. Ashley is and has always been fully abreast of all new changes, guidelines and criteria and it is because of these reasons, combined with the level of dedication, service, integrity and professionalism that I will only continue to work with Ashley and his team and will continue to recommend his services and ability to anyone looking to either apply for status in the US or to intervene and assist them with complicated issues where their own attorneys have not been in a position to assist them.
Dear Ashley, after two years since we arrived in the States I want to thank you for the precious job that you did for us. It’s not been simple, it’s not been easy, but in the end, with your great help, we made it!
We could at last achieve our dream to come to Maine to buy an Inn We particularly appreciated the friendship that you immediately showed us and your great knowledge of all the problems related to the immigration process to this beautiful country. We hope to see you here soon, so you can enjoy the place for which we greatly worked together.
We wish you any success with your job.
